Register an account for the forum, this is actually really important!
Afterwards head over to the applications forum and create a topic on it.
Post your application.

When posted in the morning, we will reply within 8 to 12 hours.
When posted in the afternoon, we will reply the same evening or afternoon
When posted in the evening, we will reply the next day or same evening.
